The game engine for The Medium is Unreal Engine. To run The Medium on high graphics settings your PC will require at least a GeForce GTX 1660Ti / Radeon RX vega 56 with a Core i5-9600 or Ryzen R7 3700X CPU. The Medium needs a Radeon R9 390X graphics card to play on low settings, with a Core i5-6600 or Ryzen 5 2500X processor to reach the minimum specs, achieving 30FPS on 1080p monitor res.
